The General Terms and Conditions pertaining to our export sales Quotation:

Our quotations are valid for 30 days only.

We supreme Industrial Heaters accept orders in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in our quotation.

Purchase Order

Cancellation or modification of the purchase order depends upon the portion completed in our manufacturing process. If it is in the initial stage, P.O. can be cancelled/modified by paying the cancellation charges estimated by Supreme Industrial Heaters.

Resource and Development

If your order is a complex / critical one. You may have to pay an engineering charges as estimated by Supreme Industrial Heaters. If you Repeat the same product in your second order, we charge only for the product made to order. The patent rights shall remain with Supreme Industrial Heaters and they have the rights to develop/build the same product if required.

Delivery

We strictly maintain delivery dates specified in our quotation and we are shall not be liable for transit delay and delays in the event of National Calamities.

Taxes

We charge Taxes as per Government of India norms only.

Packing and Forwarding

Standard Export packing is our top priority and our charges for Packing and Forwarding will be very reasonable when compared with others.

Claim

We don't allow claim of any type for products broken or damaged due to mishandling during transit and improper installation at the buyer's end.

Changes in quantity required drawing, designs and specifications must be conveyed very well in writing before we start production. We don't encourage verbal communications in this regard.

Payment

Our standard payment terms for Export Sales/Supply in 100% against Proforma Invoice before dispatch or 100% against irrevocable L.C. payable at site.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the Jurisdiction of High Court of Chennai,. Tamil Nadu, India only.
